- Timing
- Availability screen in 2–5 working days after the minimum data are accepted; qualified comparison normally takes 5–10 working days. Reservation, mobilisation and the operating window are equipment-, route- and site-specific.
- Commercial basis
- UI fee €900–€2,500 for the availability screen; qualified comparison from €2,500 and mobilisation control from €5,000. Fleet rental, deposits and every physical or third-party cost are quoted separately.
- Engagement model
- Fixed-fee screen, fixed-fee comparison and milestone mobilisation service; fleet rental or any UI Product/supply quotation remains separate.
- Begin with
- Operating event, duty, site, required window and the consequence if the temporary capacity is late or unavailable.

- A qualified configuration, written reservation, named responsibilities and a controlled mobilisation, operating and return route.

UI defines, compares and coordinates the contracted rental route. Ownership, site design, freight, installation, operation, statutory checks and HSE remain explicitly assigned.
