“A shutdown, turnaround, outage, peak or emergency needs temporary operating capacity, but available equipment is not yet an executable site solution.”
Managed Industrial Rental Route
Use this whenMaintenance, projects, utilities and operations teams that need temporary power and distribution, compressed or oil-free air, pumping, dewatering or bypass, heating, cooling or load-testing capacity with the duty, site interfaces, evidence, service cover and return conditions defined.
What we need from youOperating event and deadline; duty, capacity, medium and redundancy; site and environmental conditions; rental and operating window; delivery, installation, operation and service boundary; compliance, commercial and return requirements.
What you receive- Temporary-duty, operating-window and acceptance baseline
- Site-readiness, interface and responsibility matrix
- Qualified availability, compliance-gap and full delivered-and-return cost comparison
- Reservation, mobilisation, service-response, off-hire and return control file
Commercial modelFixed-fee screen, fixed-fee comparison and milestone mobilisation service; fleet rental or any UI Product/supply quotation remains separate.
After this resultStop, correct the duty or site boundary, reserve a qualified configuration, or commission mobilisation and return control.
How this engagement runs- 01
UI freezes the operating event, consequence, duty, redundancy, window and acceptance basis before checking availability.
- 02
We close site readiness, connections, access, lifting, utilities, permits, HSE and responsibility boundaries.
- 03
We qualify the complete configuration, fleet evidence, accessories, service cover, exclusions, reservation status and full cost.
- 04
Where commissioned, UI coordinates reservation, dispatch, site acceptance, support, extensions, off-hire, demobilisation and return.
Why this mechanism is commercially defensible +
Validated mechanismOne accepted duty and site baseline → qualified complete configurations → full delivered-and-return cost comparison → written reservation → controlled mobilisation, acceptance, off-hire and return.
UI improvementThe UI fee never hides fleet rental, deposits, transport, customs and taxes, accessories, fuel or energy, consumables, installation, operator, maintenance cover, insurance, site work, demobilisation, cleaning or decontamination, damage, extension or late-return charges.
Responsibility boundaryUI defines, compares and coordinates the rental route. The proposal names the fleet owner, contracting party and every technical and site responsibility. UI does not own the fleet or act as design authority, certifier, installer, operator or site HSE authority unless a separately contracted qualified party is named.
Typical durationAvailability screen in 2–5 working days after the minimum data are accepted; qualified comparison normally takes 5–10 working days. Reservation, mobilisation and the operating window are equipment-, route- and site-specific.
Indicative feeUI fee €900–€2,500 for the availability screen; qualified comparison from €2,500 and mobilisation control from €5,000. Fleet rental, deposits and every physical or third-party cost are quoted separately.
